Kylah is an industry expert who has supported hundreds of leaders through 1:1 coaching, leadership and team building programs.  Working with clients such as BHP, Woodside, Horizon Power, WA Police, SMEs and indigenous organisations, she has experience across multiple sectors.

In 2015, Kylah co-founded the Real Leadership for Women Masterclass program – which has already supported over 250 women across 15 cohorts.

As a multi-award winning leader, with a deep understanding of risks and challenges associated with living and working in remote and regional Australia, she has vaste experience helping emerging leaders achieve their full potential.
