Rolee has over fifteen years’ experience of having worked in the innovation ecosystem. I have co-founded and worked in start-ups, universities, and research Institutes. I co-founded Phylogica Ltd and took it from seed funding to listing it on the ASX in 2005. Following from Phylogica, I have worked for Curtin and Murdoch Universities.  At Murdoch University, I was the key member of the Knowledge Transfer Team responsible for translating and commercialising Murdoch’s research and innovation. 

Rolee’s expertise cover managing intellectual property, obtaining grant funding, managing multiples stakeholders, preparing complex business plans & cases, analysing market opportunity and preparing market research reports, pitching new products and services, undertaking competitor analysis, performing and examining freedom-to-operate searches, assessing merger and acquisition opportunities and capital raising via private and public routes, and negotiating and closing deals.
